By using Lynkz, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Lynkz service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lynkz.

2. Description of Service

Lynkz is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a personalised page hosting multiple links. We offer both a free (Essential) plan and a paid (Creator Pro) plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Lynkz.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lynkz to:

  • Post links to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or phishing links.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content (links, bio text, images) you add to Lynkz. By using the service, you grant Lynkz a limited licence to display and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating your page.

6. Pro Subscriptions & Billing

  • Pro plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Early-adopter pricing is locked in as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

7. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your public Lynkz page will be deactivated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynkz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you via email for material changes. Continued use of Lynkz after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Lynkz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
